The Washington State Housing Finance Commission is dedicated to serving the Washington community with low cost affordable quality housing. They provide low interest loans, down payment assistance, renter's assistance, community development projects and other programs for senior citizens, disabled, and low to middle income families seeking homes. First time home buyers are also encouraged. Funding is achieved through a number of means including federal, state, and local bonds along with private banks and lenders.
