The Virginia Housing Development Authority offers renters assistance low interest home loans and low to middle income housing assistance for the state of Virginia. They also offer tailored programs for senior citizens as well as disabled, and organize homeless assistance too. By working with federal, state and local funding they are able to foster community development and provide low interest loans to those in need while at the same time building safe, affordable communities.
At the core of the REACH Virginia initiative is a new team of associates who have an array of skills and experiences within the housing and community development industry. The team is committed to reaching out to targeted groups, building relationships and forming partnerships with public and private housing organizations.
