The Montana Board of Housing oversees the Home Investment Partnerships Program , also known as HOME, and the Section 8 housing program. It also encompasses the HUD HOME program. The Montana Department of Commerce (MDOC) in turn oversees the Montana Board of Housing. Funding is provided via a combination of state, federal, and local private enterprise.
